Conference Dates: September 11-13, 2018 (The Conference ends at 12:30 pm on September 13, 2018)

Conference Registration: Please complete an individual registration form regardless of who is responsible for paying your lodging. There is no fee attached to an Airline Management registration.

Lodging Information: Registered Flight Attendants and Airline Managment will be given priority lodging at the Maritime Conference Center (MCC) , 692 Maritime Blvd, Linthicum Heights, Md. 21090. The nightly rate for a single room is $142.00 per night plus tax. The double occupancy rate per night is $187.00. This rate includes all meals while attending the conference. There is a 72- hour cancellation policy for your lodging. Failure to meet this policy will result in a one (1) night lodging charge.

Below are the steps to secure your lodging for the MCC:

2. Do not contact MCC directly to secure your lodging

3. If you are paying for your own lodging, contact Paula Willems, FADAP Administrative Support Coordinator, with your credit card information: PWillems@fadap.org  or  301-830-3946.

4. If your lodging is being paid by another, FADAP administrative staff will secure your lodging upon completion of your individual registration.
