FADAP Return to Duty Testing
The Flight Attendant Drug and Alcohol Program has partnered with PROCOM, a national provider of drug testing services, to provide members with the FAA-required testing services to support their return-to-work efforts.
To request and pay for testing, please visit the website below and fill out the required fields:

FADAP Return to Duty Testing (pdf)
Please be sure you are filling out the fields correctly because this informs us what type of test we will order. We anticipate that most individuals should select a ‘Return to Duty’ test with the regulatory division of ‘DOT-FAA’. The drug and/or alcohol testing services will depend on what your SAP requires. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us in advance of filling out the order form.
Upon submission of your payment, we will schedule your testing at the closest in-network location and email you a testing authorization form. You will need to bring that form, either electronically or printed out, with you to the testing location during their normal business hours.
Please be advised that the DOT-FAA Return to Duty testing must be directly observed per Federal Requirements. This means that collection staff will be present in the room when you provide your urine specimen to ensure that a valid specimen is provided. We highly recommend calling the collection location ahead of your visit to ensure someone of the same gender is available.
We will send the results to both you and a representative from FADAP and we will house the results in our secure electronic database should they be needed in the future.
Should you have questions about our program don’t hesitate to contact us by emailing info@procomtesting.com or by calling (719)295-1911.
