Conference Dates: August 18-20, 2026 (The Conference ends at 12:30 pm on August 20, 2026)
Location: Maritime Conference Center (MCC), 692 Maritime Blvd., Linthicum Heights, MD 21090
Sponsorship Levels: Registration fee is based on Sponsorship Level
Lodging Information: Due to a limited number of guest rooms at the Maritime Conference Center (MCC), we advise Sponsors to secure their lodging directly outside the gates of the MCC. The hotels listed below are either one or two walking blocks from the Maritime Conference Center (MCC) entrance way.

Shipping Information: Should your organization ship material ahead of time for the FADAP conference, please make sure a clear label is present on the outside of boxes. Shipped boxes and or materials should have a shipping label with the below information:

Return Shipping: Make sure you pack a return prepaid shipping label should you be shipping from the Maritime Conference Center. If weather prevents attendance, then your supplies can be sent back.
Table Set Up: Monday, August 17, 2026 between 4:00 pm-8:00 pm. The FADAP Conference begins Tuesday, August 18, 2026-please be at your table by 7:30 am.
Table Breakdown: Thursday, August 20, 2026 after 10:00 am.
W-9 Form: Should a W-9 form be needed, please email Paula Willems, FADAP Administrative Coordinator at pwillemsfadap@gmail.com
Company Logo: Please forward your company logo to dmccormick@fadap.com no later than Monday, June 13, 2026 for publication in the conference manual. If the logo is received later than this date, your orgranizaation will be showcased during the opening of conference on Day 1.
Your sponsorship level and company logo will be showcased in the conference manual. Please forward your logo as either a .jpg or .png file with pixels either 500px or 1024 px for clarity.
